1. Introduction

Welcome to Nairaflows. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• “Platform” refers to Nairaflows.

• “User” refers to anyone who registers or uses the platform.

• “Client” or “Business” refers to users or entities that purchase digital services, utility top-ups, or create marketing/engagement campaigns.

• “Tasks” refer to micro-engagement activities such as follows, likes, shares, content interaction, or digital skill assignments.

• “Services” refer to utility top-ups, social media boosting, bulk SMS, digital skill resources, and marketplace offerings provided through the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Nairaflows. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Nairaflows, you agree to:

• Provide truthful information and maintain accurate account details.

• Complete tasks genuinely without the use of bots, scripts, or fake accounts.

• Refrain from engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.

• Respect other users, clients, and businesses on the platform.

Anti-Fraud Policy: Fake engagement or dishonest activity will result in the forfeiture of accrued task rewards. Accounts associated with suspicious activities, automated software, or multiple accounts created for unfair advantage will be banned immediately without reward settlement.

5. Client & Business Responsibilities

Clients and businesses ordering services or launching campaigns agree to:

• Create legitimate and lawful campaigns or orders.

• Refrain from promoting misleading, illegal, or harmful content.

• Provide accurate campaign specifications and details.

• Pay for or fund campaigns and service orders prior to execution.

6. Payments, Services & Task Rewards

• For Task Participants: Users receive performance rewards or platform credits upon verified completion of micro-tasks. Rewards are credited after verification.

• Task Disclaimer: Task rewards are performance-based incentive credits for completed micro-services and do not constitute salary, employment, guaranteed income, or an investment return. Reward availability depends entirely on active campaign inventory and user performance.

• For Digital Services & Orders: Payments for digital services (including data bundles, airtime top-ups, bulk SMS, and social media boosting) are required at the time of order placement. Payments made for campaigns or service orders are non-refundable once service execution or delivery has commenced.

7. Reward Redemptions & Settlements

Users can request settlement of verified task reward balances once they reach the designated minimum payout threshold.

• Processing Control: Settlement processing times standardly range from 24 to 72 hours.

• Delays may occur due to task compliance verification, public holidays, or high processing volumes.

• Nairaflows reserves the right to audit user activity and account histories prior to processing settlements to ensure full compliance with these terms.

8. Referral Program

Users may earn referral bonuses by inviting new active users to Nairaflows. Bonuses are awarded based on legitimate referral activity and verified account sign-ups. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or create self-referrals will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of referral bonuses.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to perform tasks.

• Attempt to bypass or cheat the platform’s task verification systems.

• Post, link to, or promote unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious content.

• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations, servers, or networks.

• Create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage or exploit campaigns.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

Nairaflows reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in suspicious, dishonest, or fraudulent behavior.

• Cancel or reverse rewards obtained through automated or manipulative means.

• Restrict access to the platform without prior notice if these Terms & Conditions are violated.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nairaflows is not liable for:

• Loss of rewards or platform credits resulting from user breach of terms or account termination.

• Marketing performance, business results, or third-party client outcomes.

• Disruptions caused by third-party platforms, social network policy changes, or API updates (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, or mobile network providers).

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software code, branding, and media on Nairaflows belong exclusively to the platform and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
